There have been a few 'throw it together before the bus comes' mornings where there is not time to take a picture. BUT there are some nights I think the lunches are plain, but I will now think twice and take a pic anyways! :)amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14528553985943610497noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-380988425321485831.post-34062847981687093662009-12-16T11:26:07.486-06:002009-12-16T11:26:07.486-06:00I was thinking that to me (as a fan of your blog) ...I was thinking that to me (as a fan of your blog) I hope that you would tell us what is in your son's lunch anyway. I don't have the time to make the designs in your pictures but I am inspired by the ingredients and variety. Don't sell yourself short I know many people probably "tune in" for the great designs (and they are great :) But there are those of us out here that your are inspiring by the mere contents of the lunches.Michelle Helmerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00342766405168727607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-380988425321485831.post-50974473836609247082009-11-30T23:44:56.327-06:002009-11-30T23:44:56.327-06:00Sometimes, children don't realize what the hav...Sometimes, children don't realize what the have until it is gone. I believe after awhile he will want you make him special lunch again. I have a daughter who I thought she didn't like something then later ask for it again. I would recommend switching back and forth between his "regular" lunch and the laptop lunch. Especially, it feels like his sister is getting a special lunch and he is not.
P.S. It's not so bad for him to just stick used plastic baggies in the lunchbox.
You can always rinse and reuse them several times. No reason that only one use results in it being thrown away -- peanut butter sandwiches don't cause that much destruction!
BIG money saver, good for environment.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-380988425321485831.post-48746488721625223342009-11-30T20:18:03.616-06:002009-11-30T20:18:03.616-06:00I remember the lunch boxes my parents had for me a...I remember the lunch boxes my parents had for me and I would never do that to my daughter.

http://couponmommyof2.blogspot.com/2009/11/boogies-wipes-review-and-giveaway.htmlEmily's Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18173649369793835227noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-380988425321485831.post-78148959132498433852009-11-30T19:17:45.849-06:002009-11-30T19:17:45.849-06:00I was so embarrassed by the lunch boxes my mom wou...I was so embarrassed by the lunch boxes my mom would pick for me - well into middle school. I would put it on my lap and try to hide whatever it was because all the other kids had brown bags. I never wanted to hurt her feelings and tell her I wanted a brown bag. I just suffered for years with a big lunch box that everyone made fun of. I don't know how that will translate into my own lunch packing habits when my daughter is older. It's just one of those school memories - and your post brought it up again!Joey Lynn Rescinitihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06219074986338894660noreply@blogger.com
