i love your website but there is no way this would be enough for my four year old...where is the protein? There is so little feta
Ah, ya win some you lose some. I would love to say we ate tons of protein with breakfast, snacks and dinner that day... but I have no idea.I do clearly remember the plums were the last of the fresh fruit and that was the last of the salad. It is skimpier than usual.Typically, the kids barely have enough time to finish lunch, and even sometimes come home with extra. They also both get a snack at school and one right when they walk in the door after school. This lunch aside, I am often suprised at how 'flattened' the food can sometimes look due to the overhead/straight on camera shot. But trust me, according to my grocery bill, my kids eat plenty;)
ooh I love the look of those veggie chips and the feta/spinach. I can't wait to be a mother (8 months pregnant now!) and I hope I can make lunches as good as yours!
