Oh, yes I did!

Romaine Lettuce with feta and dried cranberries, raisins, apple slices, babybel cheese wegde (or circle... not so wedge shaped is it?!).
And those in the bottom corner....
can you figure out what they are??!!

Potato chips.

But not just ANY potato chips, mind you.  Utz brand crab chips.  My sister sent a bag (or two!) back with my parents after their visit back to Maryland (where I grew up).  If you have never had crab chips, they are old bay seasoning on a potato chip.  Or you can just call them AWESOME for short.

YUM.  A total guilty pleasure, but I get to have them so rarely.

  2. Oh my WORD! I remember those as a kid when I lived in DC! My sister and I were talking about them the other day and how we missed them. I haven't had them since I was 9 or something. Do you think they'll have them in North Carolina? :( (I'm going there next week)

  3. oh yum! those chips sound good and we're headed over that way this summer. I'll definitely try them. I remember seeing them when we lived over there (WV) but never tried them.

    thanks for the recommendation!

  5. They are the kind of thing that you are either going to LOVE or HATE.

UTZ are made in Hanover, PA so not sure if they will be in the carolina's or not, Karisse. But, worth looking for!

They are potato chips, so not the healthiest (duh!)... but the ingredient list isn't outrageously terrible.

  7. Yes, we have UTZ chips in NC! I'm not sure about the crab flavor, but I'll surely be looking for them the next time I'm at the grocery!
