I warmed a slice of bread in the microwave for just a few seconds, flattened it out with a rolling pin, then cut off the crust. I layered it with almond butter and strawberry jam, rolled and cut into slices.
The banana was a special request item, so the lunchbox containers were re-arranged a bit in order to fit the banana. The flowers are just peaches cut out with flower cutters and layered. The small containers contain feta cheese and raspberry vinaigrette to add to the spinach salad.
